Did have to chain them to the wall via the the bolt holes in the back, as they are pretty unstable, even with the spikes on my carpet. I would just like to say how impressed I was with the service that I received when I recently purchased a TV from you. I ordered it Thursday tea time, had email Friday morning to arrange delivery, which was made for the following Tuesday. TV was out of the box and sat in my lounge by 10.30 Tuesday morning. Your customer service and delivery is second to none and I buy a lot of my goods online. Keep up the good work, you put a lot of the BIG NAMES to shame.

Just a quick email to say what a fantastic service I received from you this week. I ordered the LCD on Saturday morning and it was delivered Tuesday afternoon as promised but even better than that - TNT posted a 'Sorry we missed you' note through the door with the driver's mobile number on it so I rang him and he came back to my house at 5pm...Wow, what service!! I will be spreading the word to all my friends and hopefully soon be ordering the 'Tosh' 32WLT66 LCD (after I buy the missus some new shoes or something like that!).
