Delivery Charges

Here at TV & Video Direct we understand the issues that come with delivery of products.

We try to deliver all products within 3-5 working days from date of order (assuming the product is in stock).

What we can promise you is full communication regarding delivery. We will contact you by phone or email and ask you when is convenient for delivery.

We also offer the following delivery options. If you would like to ask any questions regarding our delivery service please email us at customerservices@tvandvideodirect.com.

Standard delivery (3-5 working days) is included in the price of each product.
(with the exception of the counties listed below).

For products up to 37" the following delivery options are available:

For products 38" and above and also cabinets and racks which weigh 45kg or more, the following delivery options are available:

For products 38" and above and also cabinets and racks which weigh 45kg or more, there will be a delivery surcharge of £20 for the following postcode areas: AB, BT, D, DD, DG, EX, FK, IV, KA, KW, ML, PA, PH, PL, TD, TQ, TR

Any extra delivery charges will be calculated in your shopping basket at checkout.
